I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the proximity to LAX was unbeatable, and I really appreciated the comfortable beds and clean rooms. However, my check-in process was painfully slow, which put a damper on my overall experience. The dining options were decent, but I hoped for a bit more variety during breakfast. Overall, it’s a good choice for those needing easy access to the airport, but some aspects could use improvement.

I had a really nice stay at the Sheraton Gateway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shuttle service to the airport was super convenient. However, I did have an issue with dining, as I felt overcharged without proper resolution. Overall, a decent experience, but some areas need improvement, especially in service responsiveness.
